I’m a gadget girl, a nerd when it comes to planning & structuring, and my obsession with building businesses is real.
As a go-to Online Business Manager for women in business, I’ve worked with six figure business owners who have been featured in Forbes, Elle Canada, Huffington Post and Business Insider.
Before starting Her Secret Weapon, I worked in the fast-paced startup and VC world producing high-end events and managing entrepreneurship programs. I traveled the globe as a project manager to support startups and organizations in countries such as Germany, Africa and Indonesia. During that time, I also co-founded a non-profit organization to support entrepreneurs and co-authored a guidebook for startups.
After leaving my corporate job in Jakarta, Indonesia, I moved to Bali and started to work as a full-time OBM for a career transition coach. It was an amazing experience and it made me realise that I wanted so help so many more female entrepreneurs in building and growing their empires.
I gained my certification as an Online Business Manager, hired a mentor and founded Her Secret Weapon.
Now I’m managing businesses of 6-7 figure women coaches, consultants, and purpose-driven service providers who are buried in the day-to-day running of their business. I help MAKE THINGS HAPPEN by putting the right systems, structures, and team-members in place that support growth.
Packed with an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in project management, I help online business owners take their business to the next level by managing all the the moving pieces of their business while keeping an eye on the big picture.
Someone to bounce ideas off, who understands all the parts of your business, caring as much about it as you do.
